Pet Policy

We are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to Boutique Hotel Life. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines:

• Pets must be at least 6 months old.

• A valid pet passport or veterinary certificate with all required vaccinations is mandatory. Dogs must be microchipped and treated against parasites.

• Pets must not be left unattended in the room. If you need to leave your pet alone for a short period, please inform Reception and place the “Pet in Room” sign on your door.

• Please let Reception know your preferred time for housekeeping so we can clean your room comfortably and safely.

• Pets are not permitted in the wellness area, indoor pool, outdoor pool, restaurant, or any food service areas. Certified assistance dogs are exempt where required by law.

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas. The hotel reserves the right to require a muzzle if considered necessary for the safety and comfort of other guests.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated bins.

• Pets are not allowed on beds or other hotel furniture. A pet mat is available upon request.

• Any damage caused by a pet, or any additional cleaning required beyond normal housekeeping, will be charged to the guest.

• Pets must not disturb other guests through excessive barking, aggressive behaviour, or any other nuisance. Repeated disturbances may result in the hotel requesting that the pet be removed from the property or, in exceptional circumstances, terminating the stay without refund.
